Stone Oil Barge Allision; New Orleans, LA. New Orleans, LA. 1. On January 15, 2015, a tug and barge allided with the transfer barge at the Stone Oil dock in New Orleans, LA, discharging approximately 20 gallons of #6 fuel oil from inactive transfer arms which were sheared off in the allision. USCG requested a trajectory analysis. 2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: NUMBER 6 FUEL OIL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 20 GALLONS. TAGS: COLLISION. 3. POSITION 29.924N 090.061W.
