Grounded F/V Ila; Grays Harbor, WA. Grays Harbor, WA. 1. On August 20, 2016, the F/V Ila ran aground at the south jetty near Grays Harbor, WA. Vessel has 250 gallons of marine diesel on board and not currently leaking, however, the wooden hull is damaged. USCG notified RRO at 1250 and requested trajectory. 2. THREAT: OIL.
