1. On September 4, 2016, the USCG Sector Columbia River notified the NOAA SSC for the Northwest that a 77-foot fishing vessel at the Westport Marine in Westport, WA. The vessel is reported to be carrying 1000 gallons of diesel and 10 gallons of lube oil. Currently, the vessel is not actively discharging. USCG plans to deploy boom around the vessel and remove the fuel.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL FUEL.
