There are no known additional NOAA trustee issues that require follow-up that are related to the Emergency Response Division’s role in emergency response.     Source report excerpt: “As suspected last night, the reported position was incorrect. The USCG stated this morning that the vessel was located at approximately 28° 59.63’ N Lat. 89° 08.35’ W Long. This position places the grounded vessel at the entrance to South Pass, Mississippi Delta, Louisiana. The USCG was unable to get an overflight committed to this mission at first light. The OSRO was unable to locate the vessel last night. No additional information is known at this time. NOAA Scientific Support Home Team is developing an updated trajectory based on the new position.”
