WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. STRAIT OF FLORIDA. CUBA-NORTH COAST. DNC 15. VESSEL REQUESTING ASSISTANCE IN 23-25.34N 082-05.34W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC MIAMI, PHONE: 305 415 6800, E-MAIL: RCCMIAMI@USCG.MIL.
