NAVIGATION PROHIBITED IN LUCE BAY DURING EXERCISES. CONTACT LUCE BAY CONTROL ON VHF CH 16 OR PHONE: 017 7688 8932 FOR ADVICE. 2. CANCEL THIS MSG 221800Z MAY 15.
