BRAZIL-SOUTHEAST COAST. VESSEL RIO VELLO REPORTS CREWMAN SICK REQUIRING MEDICAL ASSISTANCE IN 28-17S 041-51W. VESSELS IN VICINITY ABLE TO PROVIDE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE REQUESTED TO ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
