1. DERELICT 13 METER M/V TORRY GAUCY, BROWN HULL, PARTIALLY SUBMERGED ADRIFT IN 38-34-05N 011-06-04E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION. 2. CANCEL THIS MSG 17 JUL.
