WESTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. BRAZIL-NORTH COAST. DNC 01. TUG RENE 1 ADRIFT IN 03-03.33S 037-55.87W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
