IN 25-44S 048-22W AT 151700Z JAN. VESSELS IN VICINITY
REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
