   SUNRISE TO 2100Z TUESDAY THRU THURSDAY AND
   SUNRISE TO 1000Z FRIDAY, EXCEPT HOLIDAYS
   UNTIL 31 DEC IN AREA BETWEEN
   36-48N 36-40N AND 021-40E 021-50E.
