17 METER M/V TERESA OVERDUE SAO TOME (00-15N 006-37E) TO PRINCIPE (01-37N 007-24E) VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC CAMEROON 23 7345 5233.
