WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. DNC 08. 21 FOOT SUBMARINE, WHITE HULL, OVERDUE. LAST KNOWN POSITION IN 41-43.00N 049-56.00W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO US COAST GUARD, PHONE: 617 603 8555.
