SOUTHWEST BOUND LANE OF THE ENGLISH CHANNEL. VESSELS
IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST
IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO SOLENT COAST GUARD.
