WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. DOMINICAN REPUBLIC-NORTH COAST. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 20-49N 070-41W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO U.S. COAST GUARD SAN JUAN, PHONE: 787 289 2041, E-MAIL: SSJCC@USCG.MIL.
