WESTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. BRAZIL-NORTHEAST COAST. DNC 01. VESSEL MONTE SINAI DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN VICINITY 03-52S 033-49W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
