   TOWING EQUIPMENT 300 METERS AT A DEPTH OF 600 METERS IN AREA BOUND BY
   43-20N 009-27E, 42-46N 008-40E, 43-37N 008-40E, 43-38N 007-53E, 
   44-20N 008-53E, 43-53N 009-27E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
2. CANCEL THIS MSG 16 AUG.
