WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. STRAITS OF FLORIDA. CUBA-NORTH COAST. DNC 15. ONE PERSON ON TIRE REPORTED IN VICINITY 23-17.2N 082-00.9W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC MIAMI, PHONE: 305 415 6800, E-MAIL: RCCMIAMI@USCG.MIL.
