1. F/V TOTOROTA REPORTS CREWMAN REQUIRING MEDICAL ASSISTANCE IN 30-02S 029-28W AT 251120Z OCT. VESSELS IN VICINITY ABLE TO PROVIDE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE REQUESTED TO ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION. 2. CANCEL HYDROLANT 1756/07(22).
