STRAITS OF FLORIDA. CUBA-NORTH COAST. 22 FOOT M/V EL REGALO, WHITE HULL, THREE PERSONS ON BOARD, OVERDUE MATANZAS (23-03.1N 081-34.5W) AND RETURN. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC MIAMI, PHONE: 305 415 6800, E-MAIL: D07-SMB-CMDCENTER@USCG.MIL.
