1. SUBMARINE CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL 11 FEB BY M/V CERTAMEN BETWEEN 40-34N 014-12E AND 40-42N 013-54E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL HYDROLANT 152/02(37) AND 175/02(35), AIDS RESTORED. 3. CANCEL THIS MSG 12 FEB.
