EASTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 31-19-58S 010-06-23E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO CAPE TOWN RADIO, E-MAIL: MARITIMERADIO@IXMAIL.CO.ZA.
