BRAZIL-NORTH COAST. S/V VINICIUS DISABLED AND ADRIFT VICINITY 02-07.65S 040-37.28W AT 021400Z AUG. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
