WESTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. VESSEL SOLITAIRE REPORTS CREWMAN REQUIRING MEDICAL ASSISTANCE IN 23-15.2S 029-54.0W AT 071630Z AUG. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
