THIS LIBRARY IS AVAILABLE ON THE UPDATED LIBRARIES SECTION OF THE DNC WEBSITE AND MUST BE UPLOADED BEFORE THE NEXT VDU PATCH, WHICH WILL BE AVAILABLE ON 21 AUG. THE LIBRARY CAN BE DOWNLOADED FROM THE NGA NIPR WEBSITE AT https:www.geointel.nga.mil/products/dnc/#updated OR FROM THE SIPR SITE.
