DAVIS STRAIT. GREENLAND-WEST COAST. DNC 28. ORANGE FLARE SIGHTED VICINITY 64-08N 051-44W AT 141840Z AUG. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO AASIAAT RADIO.
