EASTERN CARIBBEAN SEA. S/V LONELY NEST ADRIFT VICINITY 15-03.4N 062-52.0W AT 101730Z NOV. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
