RUNNING LOW ON DIESEL FUEL 21-31.54N 052-04.79W
TO YUCATAN (20-33.00N 089-57.00W). S/V TIETO
PASSION IS REQUESTING 450 LITERS OF DIESEL FUEL.
VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP
LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC NORFOLK,
