WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. STRAIT OF FLORIDA. BAHAMAS. DNC 15. VESSEL REQUESTING ASSISTANCE VICINITY 14 MILES SOUTHEAST OF BIMINI (25-43N 079-17W). VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO U.S. COAST GUARD MIAMI, PHONE: 305 415 6800, E-MAIL: RCCMIAMI@USCG.MIL.
