CARIBBEAN SEA. PUERTO RICO. DNC 16. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED IN VICINITY 18-10.00N 067-20.00W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RSC SAN JUAN, PHONE: 787 289 2041, E-MAIL: SSJCC@USCG.MIL.
