DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED FROM M/V COMANDANTE JUSTINO
IN 21-03.12S 039-22.90W. VESSELS IN VICINITY
REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
