1. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS 13 FEB THRU 04 MAR BY M/V FLYING ENTERPRISE IN AREA BOUND BY 37-59N 011-38E, 38-31N 012-30E, 38-20N 013-24E, 38-11N 013-22E, 38-22N 012-32E, 37-52N 011-49E. ONE MILE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL THIS MSG 05 MAR.
