1. 40 FOOT F/V SEA MASTER, BLUE HULL,
   24 PERSONS ON BOARD, DISABLED AND
   ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE FAILURE IN
   19-29N 074-39W. VESSELS IN VICINITY

Reading this warning

DNC (Digital Nautical Chart): A reference to one of the regions of NGA's Digital Nautical Chart, used to tell the reader which charts a warning affects.
