   AT 151310Z NOV. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP
   LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JRCC PIRAEUS,
   TELEX: 601 211588, PHONE: 301 411 2500, FAX: 301 413 2398.

Distress signal received: A rescue centre has received an alert — from a beacon, a radio call or a satellite terminal — and is asking ships to look.
