WESTERN CARIBBEAN SEA. DNC 14. VESSEL SANK IN 11-04N 082-55W AT 150300Z DEC. 20 PERSONS MISSING. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC NORFOLK, PHONE: 757 398 6390, FAX: 757 398 6392, E-MAIL: RCCNORFOLK@USCG.MIL.

- DNC (Digital Nautical Chart)
