WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. HAITI-NORTHWEST COAST. DNC 16. VESSEL, 20 TO 25 PERSONS ON BOARD, TAKING ON WATER IN 20-25.7N 073-07.7W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC MIAMI, PHONE: 305 415 6800, E-MAIL: RCCMIAMI@USCG.MIL.
