SOUTH ATLANTIC. BRAZIL. VESSEL SPRAY DUST, RED AND ORANGE HULL, THREE PERSONS ON BOARD, UNREPORTED. LAST POSITION IN 33-49.5S 029-58.5W AT 242323Z FEB. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
