WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS TO FLORIDA DNC 15, DNC 16. 48 FOOT S/V BALANCE, WHITE HULL, OVERDUE TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS (21-48N 072-10W) TO FORT LAUDERDALE (26-07N 80-08W) ON 20 DEC. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC MIAMI, PHONE: 305 415 6800, E-MAIL: RCCMIAMI@USCG.MIL.
