EASTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. SOUTH AFRICA. 43 FOOT S/V MISCKY, WHITE HULL, ONE PERSON ON BOARD, REQUESTING ASSISTANCE IN 31-05S 014-54E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO CAPE TOWN RADIO.
