EASTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. DNC 08. VESSEL ON FIRE VICINITY 45-39N 023-14W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO UNITED KINGDOM COAST GUARD, PHONE: 4423 9255 2100, E-MAIL: ZONE38@HMCG.GOV.UK.
