DAVIS STRAIT. GREENLAND-SOUTH COAST. DNC 19. RED FLARE SIGHTED IN VICINITY 60-54-44N 046-02-55W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO AASIAAT RADIO.
