WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. TURKS AND CACIOS TO DOMINICAN REPUBLIC. DNC 16. 32 FOOT S/V TARA, TWO PERSONS ON BOARD, OVERDUE SALT CAY (21-19-30N 071-12-30W) TO LUPERON (19-54N 070-57W). VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC MIAMI, PHONE: 305 415 6800, E-MAIL: RCCMIAMI@USCG.MIL.
