CARIBBEAN SEA. DNC 14, DNC 16. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ VICINITY 17-00N 071-00W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO U.S. COAST GUARD MIAMI, PHONE: 305 415 6800, E-MAIL: RCCMIAMI@USCG.MIL.
