BRAZIL-NORTH COAST. VESSEL LOBO DO MAR DISABLED AND ADRIFT VICINITY 01-32.52N 044-05.24W ON 21 MAR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
