GULF OF MEXICO. DNC 15. ONE RED FLARE SIGHTED IN 24-18N 088-33W AT 020145Z MAR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC NEW ORLEANS, PHONE: 504 589 6225, FAX: 504 589 2148, E-MAIL: D8COMMANDCENTER@USCG.MIL.
