SURVEY OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL 23 FEB BY M/V BGP CHALLENGER TOWING 10000 METER LONG CABLE IN AREA BOUND BY 04-43S 035-50W, 04-45S 035-58W, 04-45S 036-04W, 04-45S 036-06W, 04-43S 036-17W. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL THIS MSG 24 FEB 17.
