DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED FROM F/V VIKING VICINITY 18-06S 038-17W AT 231430Z MAR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC BRAZIL.
