1. DERELICT NINE METER S/V, WHITE AND BLUE HULL,
   ADRIFT IN VICINITY 56-50N 001-38W
   AT 192100Z FEB. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED
   TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
   REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
2. CANCEL THIS MSG 222135Z FEB 20.

Reading this warning
