PUERTO RICO-SOUTH COAST. S/V PRARIE FOX IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE IN 17-47.46N 066-43.64W AT 230748Z MAR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO USCG SAN JUAN, PHONE: 787 289 2041, E-MAIL: SSJCC@USCG.MIL.
