WESTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. BRAZIL-SOUTH COAST. DNC 01. S/V VELEJAR E VIDA DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN VICINITY 24-17.56S 045-56.44W ON 18 MAY. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
